The vaccine doesn’t guarantee you won’t get COVID-19 but it will minimize the likelihood of you dying from COVID infection.

If you are 18 years or older you may choose which COVID-19 vaccine you receive as a booster shot. Some people may prefer the vaccine type that they originally received, and others may prefer to get a different booster
A reminder to our young people that they are never too young to know about COVID and to protect themselves so that they can continue to do the things they want to do during this ongoing pandemic. The pandemic is not over. Young people are still contracting COVID and getting really sick. Even if you don’t get sick – who could you have potentially exposed? Young Enough to Know is a reminder that for you to be safe this summer, you will need to know your status – get tested and get vaccinated. We understand that COVID was hard on everyone, but it was especially tough for young people. We are launching the page to help you and your parents/guardians get the facts about COVID and to use them to get your life as back to normal as it can be…safely.
